On behalf of our client in the Non-Profit Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Business Analyst (Marketing/Digital).
About the Role
Business Analyst (Marketing/Digital) – Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct interviews and workshops with business users to understand current donor motivation tracking processes and pain points.
- Analyze existing motivation code usage and map to new fundraising/engagement system data model.
- Document business requirements for transitioning to the new system, including campaign, appeal, and package definitions.
- Collaborate with the project manager to manage the transition plan and ensure a successful implementation.
Key responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst on a marketing or digital project/environment.
- Experience with requirements gathering and data mapping.
- Ability to analyze and document business requirements related to donor motivation tracking systems.
Skill & Experience
- Understanding of campaign management or donor engagement, or fundraising best practices.
- Experience working in the non-profit or charitable sector is preferred.
- Banking / Financial Services industry experience an asset, but not required.
